Homework for strand a

This is a blog for the answers to my homework assignment.

For my real-time information research I used the real-time information system system: http://www.easyjet.com/asp/en/book/index.asp which allows people to check when flights are scheduled and book theirs accordingly based on the information provided. An advantage of this is that people can adjust their bookings in accordance with the information so that they will not miss a flight. An example of how the system does this is by stopping anyone from booking any flights that take off within 2 hours of when they try to book them. However the disadvantage of this system is that it does not allow you to haggle for a better price or package deal like you can by using a non-internet alternative, going to a travel agent and talking to someone face-to-face.
